Almost as good as a trip to actual museums
This book is a delight! The author makes no claims on being an art expert, but he is knowledgeable enough to make each entry fascinating. I dream of one day travelling to London with this book in hand to see my favorite pieces. I have discovered several artists new to me through this book. I highly ecommend it.
